Shipping Policy
Here at Objects we value every customer and every order. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
- Shop confidentially and feel secure with the knowledge that we provide discreet shipping on all of our packaging. It is impossible for anyone to know what is inside the box, only you will know what hidden treasures are to be discovered upon arrival.
- Your purchase is kept completely private from any nosy neighbors, delivery personnel or relatives.
- All orders are shipped in plain boxes to be discreetly delivered to your door with complete privacy.
- Leaving email address information or phone numbers on orders, is very important to us so as to alert our customer of any problems or delays.
- We strongly encourage our customers to sign up for a user account. This enables a customer to view order status and be able to make changes to orders. The benefits of a user account provides:
- No hassle order cancellation and modification.
- Various promotional offers and gifts.
- Speedy checkout to save your time.
- Wish List to keep track of what you want to buy.
- Customers can sign up for a user account during checkout or after order placement.
Delivery Cost
- Extra shipping charge is applied for the large bulky items such as Liberator shapes, Sex swing, and all other Large items.
- Note:
UPS requires a physical street address for delivery. PO Box addresses need to be shipped using USPS Priority.
Tracking Numbers for Shipments
- UPS (www.ups.com) will be traceable as soon as the package leaves our location that evening.
- USPS Priority (www.usps.com) tracking number will not be traceable. There will be two entries you will see the billing information received and it will be updated upon delivery at the local post office for delivery.
- Note:
- All carrier deliveries are estimates only, without any shipping discrepancies, problems or delays.
- Saturday, Sunday, and Objects’ holidays are not considered business days. For holidays add four business days to all delivery methods.
Sometimes problems occur in transit of packages. However we will always assist our customers in the resolution of these instances.
Return policy
- Returns and exchanges are available for orders shipped within the United States.
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your order shipment but products must be new and not used.
- Damaged and defective products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days.
- Shipping charges for returns or exchanges or unwanted items cannot be refunded.
- Electronic media products (DVDs, Cds, video or audio tapes) and liquid products (oils, lubes, toy cleaners, bath and body products) or any product that comes in contact with bodily fluids cannot be returned.
For all orders, please allow up to 5 weeks to receive your replacement item(s).
